Our normal business hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday. You can reach us by phone at 859.802.1FUN (1386) during these hours.

Delivery and pick up times extend beyond these hours. We do deliveries and pickups in the evenings and on Saturdays and Sundays.

For current renters, we are available after normal business hours for emergency product questions or issues, and we will provide you with the appropriate contact number.

You can also email us any questions you have at bigtop4fun@fuse.net. We are committed to responding to your question within 24 hours. However, if you email us on the weekend, we will respond to your question on Monday.
